My dad has had a echocardiograph and it showed no signs of any damage to his heart from the heart attack. Great news!!!
He is scheduled to have quadruple heart bypass surgery tomorrow Tuesday, August 2nd at 1:00 pm. The surgery will last approx. 6 hours and the nurses will give us updates every hour. I will try and post updates during his surgery as I can.
Dad is apprehensive about the surgery as anyone would be but I think more so because he has been through heart surgery before. It will be a slow recovery but my dad is a very driven, determine and strong man and he will make it though this....just mabye not at the speed he would like too.
